G'day.
I'm Marcus.
I studied marketing at QUT. It taught me how people take in a message. And how they decide who to trust. It also showed me where businesses fall down most. They struggle to get the message right. They struggle to build trust. So I set out to help with both.
Then I saw what agencies were doing. The ad said one thing. The page said another. Each might be fine on its own. But the ad's promise didn't carry through to the page. Trust broke at the moment it mattered. The click happened. The job didn't.
That bothered me. So I dug into how people decide. The answer came from Eugene Schwartz and his five stages of awareness. Meet people where their head is at, and selling gets easier.
So I built an approach where the ad and the page tell one story. Trust carries through from click to call.
What we believe.
Most agencies celebrate "leads". We only count jobs you actually quoted and won. Different game.
We say no to cafés, SaaS, e-comm. Home services only. That's how we know your numbers cold.
Month-to-month. We earn it every month. If we stop performing, you walk.
If we can't help, we'll tell you. We turn down ~60% of enquiries.
We're followers of the risen Lord Jesus. The way we run this business flows from that: honest dealing, no lock-ins, and doing right by people even when it costs us.
The tools that let two of us do the work of a full agency.
